Tiny Tim Adventures + Friends Comedy Night

Get ready to laugh, Manchester! Refuge is proud to present their first ever Comedy Night hosted inside The Vault by Tiny Tim Adventures and Friends. Taking place on Friday 13th September, this is sure to be a night to remember.

Tiny Tim Adventures

Tim Bradbury gained attention through his work on Manchester’s Key103 radio station where he performed as “Tiny Tim,” making prank calls using a distinctive baby voice. This led him to transition into stand-up comedy. His comedic style is noted for its cheeky delivery and unique blend of beatboxing and humour, which quickly endeared him to his audiences.

Steve Rimmer

Steve Rimmer is a Comedian from Hull who is a regular on the London Open Mic and pro scene. He started on the Comedy Circuit in January 2011 and as far as we know he is the UK’s only working Bomb Disposal Engineer Comedian. With his job he gets to travel the length and breadth of the country gigging whenever possible. His comedy style is suited to any part of a comedy night whether its opening, middle or closing, Steve has high energy and a cheeky charm, with a humour that has been compared to Kieth Lemon.

Big Lou Jones

Lewis, who is also known as Big Lou, is a well-known face on the comedy scene who has a commanding stage presence matched by his punchlines and timing of their delivery. Big Lou has played most of the premier comedy venues in the North West and beyond. Big Lou also presents a Tuesday and Saturday Night FM Radio Show. He is a quick-witted, laugh-a-minute, big-hearted comedian who will take any audience by storm.

Smug Roberts

Smug Roberts, born in Harpurhey in Manchester, is an English comedian and actor known for his observational comedy and anecdotal style. He has been featured in shows such as Peyer Kay’s Phoenix Nights & Coronation Street. He began his career in stand-up comedy in 1995 at the Frog and Bucket Comedy Club in Manchester. His stage name, “Smug Roberts,” originated from a nickname and his middle name.
