Summer in the city picnic

For the perfect picnic this summer, take a seat on our outdoor terrace (on a chair or bring a blanket to sit on our newly fitted lawns!) and enjoy a basket of Refuge favourites.

The basket includes everything you need to enjoy the Manchester sunshine, including the following plates from the Dining Room menu:

• Olives
• Chicken liver and rosewater parfait, toasted flatbreads
• Manchester air-dried ham
• Manchego, quince
• Freshly-baked scones, clotted cream, Tiptree jam
• Selection of sweet treats from our in house pastry team

£30 for two or £50 with a bottle of Prosecco
Option to add St Germain sharing spritz for four people

Available Monday to Friday, 12 noon to 5pm. Served on Waterhouse Way – in the event of no suitable seating or inclement weather, alternative seating will be arranged indoors. Minimum two people. One bottle of promotional Prosecco per basket for two people. No vegetarian or vegan alternatives available.
