The era of picking-at-plates is over. This is Girl Dinner 2.0. Elevated. Decadent. Designed for the girlies who are fully leaning into living well this year.
Launching Tuesday 20th May and available every Tuesday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, Refuge invites you to experience the next chapter of its cult midweek ritual, served in the breath-taking Winter Garden. Beneath soaring glass ceilings and twinkling foliage, it’s the perfect setting to romanticise your Tuesday… whether you’re catching up with friends, planning a date night, or taking yourself out just because.
At the centre of this upgraded experience is our Lobster Mac ’n’ Cheese. Rich, velvety and generously packed with sweet, tender lobster, it’s a luxurious reimagining of the ultimate comfort classic. This isn’t a side dish. It’s the main event.
Served alongside a crisp glass of Pecorino wine, carefully selected to balance the dish’s creamy indulgence, it’s a pairing made for slow sipping and long conversations.
