Hamilton: The Story of Tonight
To celebrate Manchester hosting the multi award-winning cultural phenomenon Hamilton for the very first time, we are delight to announce that our latest exhibit in partnership with the musical, showcasing moments both on and off stage.
Open for free to the general public from Tuesday 23rd January 2024, Hamilton: The story of tonight will offer a glimpse into the journey of the musical that has captured the imaginations of audiences around the world.
On show will be 20 photographs, all taken by Hamilton’s production photographer Danny Kaan, from the initial chords struck in the rehearsal room, to the first performance at the Palace Theatre in Manchester. The collection will feature some never-before-seen backstage photographs, alongside rehearsal and production moments.
The exhibition is not to be missed for theatre lovers from or visiting Manchester, and will sit on the walls of Refuge until Thursday 29th February this year. Visitors and hotel guests will get a peek into the world of Hamilton, from rarely seen intricacies of the rehearsal process, to the vibrant energy of backstage life and the immense amount of technical and creative skills involved in creating the seamless final show.
Hamilton: The story of tonight will be a free to view exhibition on the walls at The Refuge from Tuesday 23rd January until Thursday 29th February 2024.
