El Diablo’s Social Club presents Prosumer

El Diablo’s Social Club gets dirty in the basement at Refuge this October. We’re sure you’re well aware of El Diablo’s Social Club – they’ve graced the decks at all of our parties and we class Neil Diablo and Dave Walker as residents in our Public Bar. This time they’ve asked legendary DJ, Prosumer to join their club for an evening of devilish disco and house.

Originally resident at Berlin’s Berghain, now a globe-trotting DJ par excellence, Prosumer will be bringing his mixed up bag of house and disco goodies for an extended set in the salubrious belly of The Principal Manchester; while Neil and Dave bring up the rear.

Since its inception in 2003, El Diablo’s Social Club has forged a reputation as one of Manchester’s best-loved underground nights. With its feet planted firmly on the psychedelic disco dancefloor, the vibe is open-minded and intimate partying with a distinctly wayward trajectory. Cosmic, disco, Balearic, italo and house are the focus, but other musical stops are made along the way. It’s all about dancing ‘til you drop and meaning it. Over the years guest DJs have travelled far and wide to get involved, all looking for the chance to play to an open-minded crowd who love to party.
